Ear Piercing Aftercare:
Always wash your hand before touching the newly pierced body part.
Regulary wash your new pircieng with soap and water or saline solution, carefully do this once a day.
Leave the earings in your new pircieng until it is fully healed, removing your initial earings too early may cause the piercing to close.
Cartilage piercing will require a bit more time to heal than a lobe piercing.
Tie your hair as much as possible to prevent it from snagging your jewelry.
For navel piercing, it is advisable to sleep on you back to prevent the jewelry from moving.
Do not forget to consult and update your piercer with the condition..
Piercing Bump Aftercare:
Do NOT pop the bump. This could cause an infection and end up with a scar.
Hold a pad soaked in warm water against it once a day for 5 mins.
It is advisable to clean your new piercing once or twice a day.
Avoid touching your piercing(aside from cleaning) and tie your hair as much as possible to prevent it from snagging your jewelry.
Condition should improve and the bump will eventually subside on its own.
